Chequered Cowl

This is a cowl designed to show off the beautiful cables and lace design. The pattern is deceptively easy, and is a great project for an adventurous beginner or intermediate knitter.  The cowl is knit flat and buttoned at the back. Pattern is written only  Sizes: Sizes: Adult single size; 28” x 16” Yarn and yardage I have used a Chinese Yak wool brand for the sample (approximately 200 yards/100gm); yardage: 400 yards The yarn can be substituted with any worsted weight yarn.
